The sinister Zeon officer who dispatches the Cyclops Team to infiltrate Revo, Killing superficially appears obsessed with destroying the Alex. However, his blatant sabotage of the Cyclops Team's mission - equipping them with just one mobile suit, and assigning them the obviously unqualified Bernie as a substitute member - suggests that Killing intended for them to fail all along, allowing him to carry out his alternate plan and punish Revo for siding with the Federation.
Though he's part of Kycilia Zabi's Mobile Assault Force, the MS Era art book suggests that Killing's true loyalty lies with Gihren. One of MS Era's original illustrations shows Killing's fate at the end of the war; he lies dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, sprawled below a portrait of the late Gihren.
